Domain modeling skill

Domain modeling is part of Matt Pocock's engineering skills. Its job is to build a project's glossary in CONTEXT.md and record decisions as ADRs. It loads on its own when a request matches its description, and you can also call it by name.

When the agent reaches for it

The agent keeps every installed skill's description in view and loads the full instructions when a request matches. This is the description it reads:

Build and sharpen a project's domain model. Use when discussing codebase terminology, writing or editing a CONTEXT.md, or recording or editing an ADR.

What the instructions cover

The sections of its SKILL.md, in order.

  • File structure
  • During the session

What ships with it

Besides SKILL.md, the folder carries these. The agent opens them only when a step in the instructions calls for one.

  • ADR-FORMAT.md 3 KB
  • CONTEXT-FORMAT.md 2 KB
