Repository setup skill

Repository setup is part of Matt Pocock's engineering skills. Its job is to configure a repository once: issue tracker, triage labels and domain doc layout. It runs only when you call it by name; the agent never loads it on its own.

When it runs

Only when you ask for it. The skill turns off automatic loading, so the agent never starts it on its own. This is the description it carries:

Configure this repo for the engineering skills: set up its issue tracker, triage label vocabulary, and domain doc layout. Run once before first use of the other engineering skills.

What ships with it

Besides SKILL.md, the folder carries these. The agent opens them only when a step in the instructions calls for one.
