These terms are an agreement between you and Vividha Enterprise Private Limited ("we", "us") for Longwave. They cover the desktop, web, and mobile apps, runtimes on machines you own, Longwave Cloud, Longwave Connect, and plugins built by Longwave. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If the two disagree about personal data, the Privacy Policy controls.
The service
Longwave is where you run agents. You can run them on machines you own, or on a machine we host (Longwave Cloud). You bring your own harness accounts, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenCode. Those subscriptions are between you and that provider. We do not sell their tokens.
A plugin built by Longwave is part of the service. A plugin you install from someone else is that author's product, under their terms. A service you connect, such as GitHub, stays under that service's terms. You are responsible for having the right to use the accounts, files, and systems you connect.
Your account
You must be at least 18. You sign in with Google, GitHub, or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else is using it.
Your work
You own your code, files, prompts, and the outputs of agents you run. We own Longwave. You give us a license to host, transmit, and process your content only so we can provide Longwave to you. The license ends when that content is deleted, except for copies the law requires us to keep.
You decide what an agent is allowed to do. Review the work before you publish it. We do not promise that an agent's output is correct, complete, or fit for a purpose.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. The plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund that period, except where the law requires a refund. Prices can change for a later period. We will tell you before a renewal at a higher price.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments under their terms. If a payment fails, we may suspend the paid parts of the service until it succeeds.
When a Cloud subscription ends
After the subscription lapses, a Longwave Cloud machine stays up for 7 days, then stops. The disk is kept for 30 days after the machine stops, then deleted. If you resubscribe during those 30 days, the same disk comes back. Work on a machine you own is left as it is. Export anything you need from Longwave Cloud before the disk is deleted.
Acceptable use
You will not:
- Break the law, or help someone else break it
- Use Longwave to reach systems, accounts, or data you do not have permission to use
- Interfere with the service, or probe it for a weakness beyond what we have agreed in writing
- Use the service to distribute malware or to attack other people
- Resell Longwave or present it as your own product
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you first and let you export work that is still available.
Availability
Longwave is provided as available. Machines you own run only while they are on and connected. Longwave Cloud depends on the providers we rent from. We may change, suspend, or remove a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or the cost of a substitute service. Our total liability for a claim relating to Longwave is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability the law does not allow us to limit.
You will cover claims against us that arise from your content, the accounts and systems you connect, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent the claim is caused by our fraud or willful misconduct.
Changes and assignment
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If we change the contracting company, the governing law, or who controls personal data, we will tell you by email or in the app and post the new date here. If you keep using Longwave after that date, you accept the update.
We may assign these terms to an affiliate, including a company we form later to distribute Longwave. The product commitments stay the same. We will tell you when the contracting company changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Kolkata, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live. If a court holds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
