When the agent reaches for it
The agent keeps every installed skill's description in view and loads the full instructions when a request matches. The license on this skill forbids copying its materials, so this page describes it rather than quoting it. Read the description at the source.
What the skill does
The body is a map of Python libraries and command-line tools, each matched to the job it does well. pypdf handles merging, splitting and rotating. pdfplumber reads text and tables with their positions. reportlab creates new PDFs. Poppler's pdftotext and qpdf cover the cases where a command line is faster than a script.
Most of the bundled scripts are for form filling. PDF forms come in two kinds, and the skill treats them differently. A form with fillable fields gets its fields read and filled directly. A flat form gets its structure extracted, the answers placed by coordinates, and a validation image rendered so the agent can check that each answer landed inside its box.
What ships with it
Besides SKILL.md, the folder carries these. The agent opens them only when a step in the instructions calls for one.
