Retro skill

Retro is part of Matt Pocock's engineering skills. Its job is to run a retrospective on a coding session. It runs only when you call it by name; the agent never loads it on its own.

When it runs

Only when you ask for it. The skill turns off automatic loading, so the agent never starts it on its own. This is the description it carries:

Conduct a retrospective on a coding session.

What the instructions cover

The sections of its SKILL.md, in order.

  • Steps
  • Reference

What ships with it

Besides SKILL.md, the folder carries these. The agent opens them only when a step in the instructions calls for one.
