Implement spec skill

Implement spec is part of Matt Pocock's engineering skills. Its job is to implement a written specification in code. It runs only when you call it by name; the agent never loads it on its own.

When it runs

Only when you ask for it. The skill turns off automatic loading, so the agent never starts it on its own. This is the description it carries:

Implement a specification in code.

What ships with it

Besides SKILL.md, the folder carries these. The agent opens them only when a step in the instructions calls for one.
