Instagram MCP gives an agent a connection to authorized Instagram media. It is for workflows that need the account's current content or a publishing step.

Available functions

longwave_instagram_browse Read Instagram: list recent media or fetch one media item by id (direct Graph /{media-id}). Does not publish or modify content.

accountId
string Exact account id from longwave_list_accounts. Omit only when a single account is connected.
action required
media = list recent media; media_item = fetch one media object by id.
limit
number Max items to return (1–100). Default 25.
mediaId
string Instagram media id (required for media_item).
longwave_instagram_identity Return the connected Instagram account identity (/me). Use after connect or to confirm which account is active.
